Hi, I’m Zachary Hoffman and this is my blog. I’m a recovering addict and alcoholic, and I’m a Child of God. I don’t love the act of writing. It’s quite a difficult and insecure process. The attempt to put my thoughts on the page is devastating because I can never make the words perfectly reflect the thoughts in my head. But I write because I must. It is my calling. And the thrill of creating out of nothing, hovering in mid air, as Annie Dillard calls it, is second to none. It is my purpose to lead you into the beauty of God through honest reflections about my life. I hope your heart skips a beat when you read this blog, and I hope you seek God as a result.
